My Journey to Success!
Being hired as a freelance programmer on Upwork in 2010 was the kickstart of my journey. Appreciation from the client is what keeps you motivated to perform even better, same was my case. It boosted my confidence to work on multiple other projects in parallel. To say all those projects were a huge success won’t be an understatement.
I’m passionate about technology and driven by impact – an avid believer of a thought that like-minded people make a great team that is unstoppable. With this belief, I onboarded qualified programmers, designers and marketer in my team and trained them with a vision to grow as a team. This ultimately resulted in enhanced leadership and team management skills.
As a result of our sheer hard work and dedication, I was capable of handling large international projects.
With the help of the hired team, we managed to complete 100+ medium to large scale projects for different multinational firms. The knowledge and expertise that I gained in these years is what led me to open an IT firm in 2016, which is now one of the leading technology firms in Pakistan.
